Excellent product BUT this is a single wheel
Bought this wheel for a kayak cart build. It is exactly as advertised but, I was not aware that I was buying a single wheel and not a pair. While I went ahead and bought a second wheel, it certainly changed my budget for the project. I probably still would have bought this wheel, but I would have done a little more looking for less costly alternatives 24 inch diameter wheels. Not saying I would have found them, but I would have looked.

Looks and feels good
Haven't had the opportunity to field test these yet. The wheels/tires were a replacement to a spoke wheel that failed on a game cart. The hubs worked with no issues on my game cart. All appearances they will be stronger than the spoke wheels. They need to take some side pressure when as loaded game cart is on a side hill. Spokes don't cut it, these look like they will. Clue to self - next time make 2 trips and don't haul 2 deer in one load. Made my spoke tire look like a taco tire.

Seem to be good quality
The old wheels on my mower don't have a curved cross-section. They contact the grass or ground with a flat tread. Since I use my mower in weeds, and soil is often soft, the sharp edge (where sidewall meets tread) frequently digs into soil. That makes mower extra hard to steer. Furthermore, their tread is minimal, so wheels have little traction. These wheels I just bought have no sharp tread edge and do have a deeper tread. Another feature of the new wheels is their bearings are much smoother rolling, thus lowering push effort. The wheels look great, and I'd have given five stars had I used the new wheels longer.

Very good wheels.
Unlike those available locally these have bearings and are rated for a reasonable load. Actually cost less than the unsatisfactory ones I returned to local retailer.

Great replacement. No more flats.
Replaced EZ-Haul xl wheelbarrow tires. Had to expand the width of the hub with washers, but they work great.

PERFECT FOR MY APPLICATION!
When the time came to replace the wheels on our aluminum dock ramp, I REALLY didn't want to replace the badly deteriorated wheels with steel rims and pneumatic tires. I gave Lapp wheels a shot and am completely satisfied with their performance. With the new wheels, the ramp rolls over good-sized rocks smoothly and easily and are sometimes half submerged, but soldier on reliably. I can roll the 12' ramp by myself by lifting the end opposite from the wheels and roll across 150' of lawn almost effortlessly!

So far so good!
So far these are a huge improvement to the wheels and tires that came on my SmartCart. After spending a modest fortune for the smartcart($500+) and constantly fighting the wheels, these are a much welcome upgrade. So far, I have only used them for a week. However, daily stall cleaning of large draft horses, being drug through the muck to dump into the compost, and using several times daily for feeding... I am thrilled with the wheels! I will update my review after more time passes, but for now! Love these and highly recommend!

Returned
The wheel was a hard plastic reminiscent of childhood toys. This would not work well on a pony cart as stated in the description.
