How do you refill the water in the globe? Ours has a bubble and the sides of the globe are sucking in like there is a vacuum inside.

There should be a little clear plug on the bottom of the base you can pull out to add more water and let air in. If this does not work you're more than welcome to return and get a replacement.

Once you pull the black base off slide your photo inside the globe. We suggest leaving in the clear plastic piece that's already in there to keep your photo in place. Then put the black base back on and you're good to go!

Fun, Easy, Unique

Love gifting this personalized snow globe! My youngest child wrote/ drew a note to his doctor for the globe. His class picture (trimmed down wallet size) faced out of the other side of the snow globe. Easy assembly - simply pop off the bottom, add photo, etc., then gently press the base back onto the globe. Already comes with water and glitter inside. No leaks noted. Good size for gifting. Child enjoyed making this beautiful and special present!

really cool item. the globe is about softball sized and flexible plastic, picture is vivid through the plastic.. nice flurries and glitter in there, easy to change picture. great gift for somebody strugling with dexterity, kid dropped it pretty brutally right out of the box and it did not break

Great gift!

Surprisingly happy with this! It was super easy to get the picture in and it looks great. The globe itself is plastic so it's not super solid, but that also makes it less delicate which I like. Overall happy with this!
