I ordered this pen after doing a bit of research and watching a ton of Penn Smith videos on YouTube. I started microneedling with the intent to smooth fine lines, help prevent and heal breakouts and with the hopes of evening out my skin tone and to diminish the appearance of my pores. I have have used this pen twice for medical needling (0.5- 0.75 depth with the 12 pin cartridge 4 weeks apart). I have used it for cosmetic needling twice (0.25 depth with the 36 pin cartridge 12 days after my first medical needling treatment) and then once a week until it was time for the second medical needling treatment. I purchased separate nano needles and did one treatment as well. You can use nano needles daily with no issues but I didn’t notice a huge difference so I haven’t done it again. I love this pen! I look forward to doing treatments because my skin really gets glowy and smooth a few days after treatment. Probably because of mild swelling but it looks great! I haven’t seen major changes in fine lines yet but I know this takes time and consistency. I have less clogged pores, my skin tone is more even and I have less red patches the pores on my nose are tighter and clearer which is nice! Now for the functionality of the pen! I used the mid speed for 0.25 depth with the 36 pin and gliding works great with a serum. I used the highest speed when using a 12 pin at 0.5-0.75 and it glides well in some areas but I noticed it felt like it was dragging and the needles felt like they were scraping my skin. I don’t believe this is an issue with the pen or the cartridges. Gliding vs stamping methods are discussed frequently. From experience I now stamp the pen in areas where it feels like it’s scrapings or when I am using anything deeper than 0.5 and especially on my forehead. I have used a lidocaine numbing cream each time and it’s virtually painless! I have been taking photos to document my progress as I know major improvements happen slow and take time and I can wait to compare photos 6 months from now! I really look forward to using this pen and I haven’t had any reason to upgrade to a more expensive option. 10/10 would recommend giving it a go!

I have seen a significant change on my skin I feel that my skin is tighter, my blemishes are lighter and that’s with only using it once since I got it, because I’m waiting for the 4-6 week that is recommended to wait between every use. Did a lot of research and was incredibly intimidated before the purchased, but it’s pretty straightforward to use it.Also like that it comes in a sturdy package to keep the tool protected, and the tool it’s self seem to be made with good material, has a pretty color and nice finish.

Amazing. I've been using this pen once a month since September until now ( so 4 sessions spaced 6 weeks apart) and my skin has improved dramatically!! Do your research and watch lots of youtube videos before use.

Really great product, easy to use. I love the convenience of having a case to put it in as well. I've only used it once and can already see results! Definitely recommend!

The product is of excellent quality. Very well suited for my skin. There is no irritation like that. It fulfills its task simply to recommend it to all its acquaintances and friends. Everything, as in the specifications, fully justifies its price.

Do not buy this unless you want to screw up your skin!!! I don't know if mine was defective but no matter what I did this dragged,skipped and even suctioned on my skin. I tried to switch cartridges to see if that was the problem it wasn't. I had tons of hyaluronicAcid on my skin to make sure my skin had a slick surface so it wouldnt drag and it still did. Just spend the extra money and purchase a dr pen or another well known reputable derma pen. This left terrible texture on my skin that I hope will be fixed with time and care to my skin. Returning this cheap China made dermapen tomorrow.
