Amazing phone! Works very well. The screen quality & display is awesome. The colors are bright and clear. The screen is scratch resistant and the phone has lasted a while now. Easy to navigate and fits in my hand and pocket.

The phone came perfectly fine, unlocked and everything. The body looked really good and well put together, screen was flawless!Everything seems to be in order, but i do only have one issue... The battery is definitely a problem, i noted upon starting it that the battery drained FAST. It woud actually skip in telling me as it drops some numbers on charge, like 25 % then it suddenly goes to 10% Had to let it charge with the phone screen off too just to get the percent up and keep it from dropping slowly. Deffo get a battery extending app.That was the ONLY problem. I could see the battery being a huge issue if you use your phone a lot while you're out and about. It was shattered on both sides. It didn't even have a power button or a stylus It's been 3 weeks & I still haven't received my almost $300 refund..

I was really skeptical about buying a renewed phone, especially when it was half the price of the original.However, it came to me properly packaged, with nothing broken.. not even a single scratch! The thing looks brand new, if I didn't know it was renewed I would have thought it came straight from the store.I noticed a few reviews saying that they did not received an unlocked version, but a T-Mobile / AT&T version. I didn't have this problem personally, the phone i received was T-Mobile branded, however it was fully unlocked! The only issue I ran into because of that, was my sim card didn't fit so i had to get a new one (but that's my problem, not the phones lol)Setting up my phone with my sim was incredibly easy, was pain free and a breeze (i do use straight talk, so other carriers may vary)!Before switching to this phone, I did have a much older model (note 4), so this was a major upgrade for me! I love the size of the phone, the face recognition, and the samsung themes! This phone is honestly amazing, i'm so glad i chose to give it a chance with the renewed version!Only con from switching is now I'm in with the no audio jack crowd lol, and previous samsung chargers don't fit! But it came with it's own charger thankfully!The battery life is amazing as well! So first off. I have seen plenty of negative reviews so I'm going to probably guess I'm one of the lucky ones. It came loose in a box with bubble wrap and a charger underneath. So packaging is absolutely terrible and I must give credit to the ups driver who was gentle with it. Now. The packaging may be horrible but the phone was in mint condition. It took my verizon sim with no issues and has worked perfectly. No dents or scratches in sight. It turned right on and was at 54 percent battery. Charged quickly enough and had an easy set up. The stylus pen was not charged but had enough charge to test and it also worked well. Great phone. I'm not disappointed. So I guess it is ultimately buyer russian roulette. I won this round. Happy phone hunting the rest of you. May the odds ever be in your favor!
