Okay, so I have trouble sleeping and have struggled with sleep issues my entire life. So, when I bought this I thought more is better. NO NO NO NO NO!!!! This stuff helped me sleep so well that I also had an accident while asleep and didn’t even know it. I just dumped a BUNCH into my water before bed without reading the instructions and it’s totally my fault. Well, it has several different kinds of magnesium and one of those kinds is the one that also acts as a laxative I believe. And, because it REALLY DOES help you fall asleep, when the two are combined,-it’s not that great of a result when you actually do wake up…..please don’t make me say it and follow along with where I’m going. This stuff (when used correctly) will relax you and help you wake up without feeling groggy. It’s a supplement I take that I actually notice a difference from. I’ve tried several other brands too and this one is THE BEST!! But, do NOT do as I did and just pour however much you feel like into your water or you might wake up where your colon has been overly relaxed too in your sleep. Eek. What a complete nasty disaster. Im mortified but if I can save others from this, then I hope you listen. Couldn’t have imagined if I was sharing bed space with someone else either. omg-I’d be mortified but this was 100% user error. I will repurchase because this product is great when used correctly it does not produce any overnight surprises that you wake up and aren’t welcomed by. It has a nice, calming and relaxing touch to your bedtime routine and doesn’t leave any groggy morning feelings either. Btw, I’ve never had a product cause this overnight explosion nor have I ever had an accident like this without even using a product. Not even when I’ve been sick. So, it works!!!! Just order it and follow the instructions exactly. Don’t do more-if anything do less.

Ive been using this for about 3 years on the daily. I put a teaspoon in aboit 6 ounces of water with 2 ice cubes and drink in the evening before bed. It helps me to feel relaxed and replenishes magnesium levels which we are all deficient in. Its sweetened with monk fruit and the taste is addictive. It arrives in a box and the glass container is wrapped in bubble wrap. Ive never received a faulty container. It arrives quickly and on time. I really like it and will continue to use it. It is a little pricey but it really does help me wind down and sleep.

**BE CAREFUL BEFORE YOU BUY THIS PRODUCT!** I was so hoping this would work for my sleep deprivation caused by peri/menopause. And, it did help me sleep. Helped me not only fall, but stay, asleep. But -- OMG! My body was under siege for 2 full days with nausea, terrible bloating/cramping (I'm not kidding when I say it felt like I was carrying a baby by how bloated I was), explosive diarrhea and the worst headaches of my life that I couldn't shake (and I get migraines!). Luckily, I work from home so I could be house-bound for these days while actually contemplating buying Depends because it felt like my digestive system would never be right again. Let me also say -- I'm not someone with a sensitive stomach. I have regular BMs and can eat pretty much everything without getting gassy/bloated/upset stomach. I've NEVER had such a terrible experience with a supplement and, honestly, I've never thought to research a supplement before taking it (my bad, won't do that again). I started my magnesium journey with moon juice but it was so expensive to ship to sg that I switch another brand after consuming two bottles. But I’m back again because this works so much better than the other brand. It contains 3 kinds of magnesium which targets different functions. Listen to your body when taking supplements. Works super well for me. I can actually feel the difference when I stop taking it. It could be my magnesium deficiency, hence I could sense the difference between consistently taking it nightly and skipping it for two weeks. Body didn’t require the usual two weeks to get used to this supplement too. Love it.
