I use this product to help me have a good night of restful sleep without times of wakefulness. It works very well, with no side effects.

Best ashwaganda on the market.
Great product. Works as directed. Give it time, takes about 3 to 4 weeks to kick in. I would recommend at least 3 pills a day maybe 4.

From a psychopharmacological + personal use point of view, this stuff very likely has serotonergic properties. From that angle, if your on a MAOI it would be wise to avoid it. Don't combine with alcohol as it appears to have a pretty potent additive effect. Otherwise, it has been a very useful complementary produce for anxiety disorders. Take 1-2 tabs at night. I'd give it 4-5 stars, however there is no need for titanium dioxide in the product...yet there it is...

Seemed to do as advertised
I feel like these make me less anxious at the cost of being more apathetic. I used them as directed until I ran out and I am definitely less anxious in general.
