July 2020: second mask they sent never worked. Product was a dud. I’ll just chalk it up to a $20 loss which is a bummer bc I really needed this to work...my dry eyes are torturing me 😖😖Updated: exceptional customer service. Response was almost immediate. Would definitely purchase from them again. I value a quick response so very much.Updated: just for the sheer fact that when i reached out to the company they responded the same day! I changed The rating from 1 to 3 stars.Bought in January and stopped working in April. Super bummed because I loved It while it did work! And now I’m sad I’m stuck throwing it away...I hate disposable stuff like this.

I used this mask to treat some inflammation I had around my eyes. Worked beautifully. The temperature control is a nice perk. I also love that it's electric source was a USB, so you can take it on a plane and plug into your chair while you snooze away.

the cord is a USB and does not come with a wall plug, so you need a box for it, works solid to make a headache to go away and the timer feature is nice so you can wear it to sleep in

The heated eye mask has been amazing so far, I wear it at night and it’s so comfortable I’m asleep in five minutes. I love how hot it gets and that you can set a timer. I will be purchasing for my husband next!

it does get warm but not as fast as I would like. Also, due to cover thickness, I would have to press the mask harder on my eyes. It can get warmer than it is. Also I wish the cord was longer. I can't rotate on my bed while wearing it because of the short cord. This was at least better than the last one I purchased but room for improvement.-- update: i changed the number of stars because after 90 days the product stopped working

I actually liked this product... At first. Unfortunately, after a few wearings it started rolling up, causing the back of the mask to open up, exposing the little heating pad inside, which then was against my face.Maybe if the elastic band that holds it on your face was a little wider this problem would not occur. I ultimately returned this product.The concept is great, though. I loved the multiple heat settings and the auto-shutoff time options. It felt nice and cozy, until it started rolling and slipping.

Such a great product. So relaxing and helps relieve sinus pressure.
