Accurate Description

good price . Line is a little heavy for a 5wt line which effects distance when casting and does not turn over as well as many lines.

This is a very good quality fly line, offered at an excellent price. It casts smoothly and is very forgiving. Very durable and I like the color. It blends well versus some of the neon greens and oranges offered in lines in this price point. I am going to buy more of these in different line weights to replace lines already spooled on other reels. The company shipped this quickly and accurately. I really a negative to this review.

I also have some Gold line which cast better so you do get what you pay for. I put this on a rod I don't use as much or normally cast as far.

I love rio lines. My favorite product they sell is line but I will say this line has a very cheap feel to it, and is very bad at keeping memory and also easy to scratch?! I was fishing with it and when I got the line caught on the ground I gently pulled it and later on I felt something on the line and it was starting to Frey or scratch the smooth surface. Spend more money on line and get their good products.

Can’t fault this line for the money. Given a poor review to the same line in a heavier weight as it suffered from bad memory. This one was perfect though.
