I literally have a pancake butt. I hate it! I have tried several different brands, including pricey ones. This is the first brand that actually works! The panty is very comfortable. The only thing I wish was that this company would offer an option of buying just inserts that are thicker than the ones that come with the panty for when you want an even bigger, but realistic (no Kardashian butt for me, thanks), boost of confidence. I am very happy with my purchase and will be buying more.

 Love this purchase! I was really worried with wearing it with leggings so I looked in every lighting possible before going out and you can’t see them at all through the thinnest of clothing. I’m 5’7, about 127 lbs and I purchased a size small. They fit perfectly. It’s not too much on my butt to the point it looks fake, but there is a noticeable difference!

This is just what I needed. I had a medical crisis that necessitated surgery and lengthy rehabilitation. And...because the pads are removable, I can take out the one on the side I don't need and leave in the one I do. When I wear them I look perfectly even and natural. No one can tell in my clothes. It also evens my sitting position and I no longer have pain. This has been the answer to my problems that I've struggled with for years! My only wish is that they were also available in nude.

If you have a true, white girl pancake butt, aka back with a crack, this will not cut it. I have many fake butts to ward off my curse, and this is the one I’ll wear least. I have nothing to lift, so it’s a waste of money.

Ordered medium. Im 5'3" 136 lbs. Fits well...but legs did ride up on the boy leg style shorts...although the pads stayed firmly in place and looks very real. Adds just a little roundness...and thats what I was looking for. Very happy overall.I just ordered the brief style as I think that will work well for me.I will try to post pics soon.

I love the natural look and shape of the panties. Under jeans they look great! I have a form-fitted dress that actually shows the seams around the pads, though. And they fit a little snug. I'm wearing a size 8-10 and I think I will buy large instead of medium next time. But I will definitely buy another pair!

I really like this product. It is made well and fits comfortably. I have a very flat behind and these panties help keep my pants up without a belt.
