I purchased this for my seven-year-old grandson for Christmas. I have to say we had the best time playing that thing. It would make you jump and we would just laugh!

Sometimes the dogs head gets stuck.

I bought this game to play with my grandchildren ( ages 7,4 and 2) they LOVE it! Lots of giggles over the awakening dog during play

The media could not be loaded.  Followed the directions to the letter with fresh batteries, snapping the dog into the base, resting the head in the sleep position, and then turning it on. Every time I initially set the game up and it is set off, it never leaps. You can hear the motor that is supposed unleash the dog but doesn't move. I literally have to pick it up just right for it to engage and then it sometimes works after that. Since it's not reliable at doing it's primary action it really ruins the game. It was fun when it worked but returning it unfortunately.

Fun game! I bought this for my grandkids and my adult children had more fun than they did! They were in such deep concentration when the dog would snap they would scream and jump.
