Phraya Nak Kitchen Matches Packs of 10 Box (400 Stalk)

The Waterproofing is great. You can dip the match in water and still light it. However I have to draw several matches from the box before I get one that does not break because it is too fragile to trike it on the striker. To solve this problem you must hold the match dangerously close to the business end of the match, endangering your finger to being burned.

These were advertised as STRIKE ANYWHERE matches. They are not. You can get Diamond pocket matches right here in the USA that function in the same fashion. These are not worth the trouble.

Not strike anywhere which I some how expected. They break very easy and that is the reason for the loss of two stars. I can't just hold with two fingers and strike without breaking. Have to push with a third finger. I mean really easily..

Work as they should. Just got them for their novelty.

These matches spit. Of all the matches I've used over the years,these bad boys are the champs at spitting. I know enough to holdthe match box, so as to block the bits of sulfur that fly off duringstriking. I do that religiously. With these matches, I recommendgoing to a higher level of caution. Wear glasses and gloves, andhave a fire extinguisher handy, as well as burn creme.Gloves? Gloves???!!! Well, one of the spitting sulfur bitslanded on my index finger, right next to the nail. I calmly tried tobrush off the burning sulfur, but the devilish little sulfur bit weldeditself to that tender skin just under the nail (called: the quick).It kept burning until I realized I had to aggressively scrape theember off my skin. I recommend laying down your hard earnedmoney on matches that don't spit so much. Oh yeah, and Iremember watching one of the embers fly off into my fully loadedpaper trash can. So there I sat, on fire watch in front of my trash can.

I don't know how crappy Diamond brand matches took over the market in Southeastern U.S., but it's the only brand in retail stores. I was happy to find the Phraya nak matches on Amazon. Strike anywhere, good price and cool dragon box. What more do you want?

These were advertized as 'Strike Anywhere' matches. They are NOT!!! They are just regular matches that are shipped from Asia at great expense to buyer and the environment. Do not waste your time or money with these matches. Just go to any store, even a dollar store, and get a regular box of wood matches for a small fraction of the cost. If you want expensive matches that come in a pretty box with writing that most can not read, then these are for you. If you want strike anywhere matches, get Red Bird.Would not recommend.

These are not strike-anywhere matches. They are strike-on-box matches. They work and all, but why buy something online that gas-stations give you for free?
