I saw a health alert on HSN about the product and I ordered from Amazon. I am on my first bottle and I have no negative or positive experience as of yet.

My wife is a big fan of Lessman's product while I'm more skeptical. Their use of cassia cinnamon reinforces my skepticism. If their products are of such high quality, why aren't they using ceylon cinnamon? As other reviews have indicated, cassia cinnamon contains coumarin which is a blood thinner and can cause liver damage. Lessman assures you that they remove most of the coumarin in their processes. Why not just use ceylon cinnamon (coumarin free) since it is considered a safer optiion and would confirm Lessman's assertions of having the best quality products? Assertions aside, I have discontinued use of this product and will buy ceylon cinnamon.
