They aren’t super thick but they are really nice.The brown color is a nice chocolate looking color if that’s what you indeed want.These are also easy to clean after getting them covered in oil or almost anything that seems like it would stain or get stuck on.And fits nicely.

I have given these aprons a good testing timeline (over a year) to see how well they fit, repelled water, and how they were after being laundered. I can report that they are wonderful. I would happily buy these for all my friends who cook, and don't have servants to do the dishes. They soften after washing and hang-drying. Would buy again in a heartbeat.

I keep reordering these aprons when the old ones get too ugly. I use them daily washing pots and pans from our restaurant and also when I'm cooking. They protect me really well but of course after splashing and washing and pouring and filling pots for a few hours I do get a little wet just above where the sink can't cover me. Even so, after all that I feel like a little duck coming out of the pond still feeling nice and dry and proud of himself, because if it weren't for these aprons I sure would look like a kitten that got caught in the rain.Note: The apron is very well sewn all around; the neck band and the waist wraps, but the pockets come undone at the corners and/or at the middle divider. If you need the pockets you need to reinforce them. No other complains. They wash and dry well.

The aprons arrived on time. They have a polyester-slick type feel on the front. They appear to be water resistant, with a cotton backing. I used heat transfer vinyl to add a name and logo. The HTV adhered well. I pressed at 350 degrees for 15 seconds using a heat press and Teflon sheet. The neck of the apron is adjustable.Cons: There was a loose string near the bottom of the pocket and a small stain on one of the aprons (in the pictures). Also, there is a smaller logo that's already printed on the bottom corner of the apron.

Good value, waterproof fabric but still comfortable

These work great for general home kitchen use, and I just love the color and style. I actually waiting for these to come back in stock before purchasing an apron because I loved the look so much. It reaply looks cute, and it keeps me from soaking my clothes. I mostly just use this for general cooking, dishwashinh, and home bartending. I don't know how these behave under extreme use.

Don't buy these if you need a waterproof apron. Water seeps through on the FIRST use.
