Sonesse Ultra 30 Wirefree 12V Rechargeable Lithium-Ion RTS Shade Motor 1003310 + FREE 1.5" Crown/Drive

It takes a while to set this roller up but it works: 1. It helps to have seller hand holding you to go thru it, otherwise it might take longer to figure out. 2. ends up the seller sold me the proper tube and end brackets to switch out my original tube, etc. 3. I was told the each battery charge will last about a year assuming running up and down once/twice a day, this is yet to be verified 4. the charge port is up there, kind of hard to get access to unless you buy the optional ( not listed) extension cord 5. my shades are 45" x 72" ... heavy but not too much, the motor runs rather quietly 6. sell is very helpful, it took me two weeks + to get the first one working .... most time waiting to receive different parts from seller

One of the motors came broken. I had to pay $30 to send it back and get a refund.

The Somfy was priced well below other vendors and was brand new, working perfectly. Somfy issue: poor instruction sheet. However, excellent videos on Internet.

I did extensive research into blind options and the Somfy makes some of the best out there. They are hard to locate outside of a dealer (no direct retail sales channel) so to my delight, I found them here. The vendor website was vague about everything but technical details, which made navigating the purchase even more confusing. I finally decided to pull the trigger on the Sonesse Ultra 30 and didn’t realize I was going to be nickel and dimed at every corner. It doesn’t come with a remote or switch to control it (extra) so there is no way to test it. I Then purchased a remote and was ready to unbox everything, but found no charger for the LI battery, so then ordered one. My charger finally arrived, so got the motor installed in my new blinds, and now there are no brackets. A very frustrating experience so far and still can’t even review the motor itself.

I have the sonesse 28 and wanted one that was quieter. This is way quieter but doesn't pair well with Tahoma. Initial connection works but after some time, it stops working through the app. This doesn't happen with the 28s

I ordered Somfy Soness ULtra 30 and did not work for me. I returned using return address on label and item got return back with invalid mailing address.
