Arrived with the pivot point part of the wood broken. Possibly caused by the manufacturing process of drilling the bolt hole through brittle, poor quality, wood. I’ll glue it back together if it becomes an issue but it still serves it’s purpose for now. I sawed off the ends of the feet to make it shorter than it’s lowest setting so I could get the height I needed. I bought it expecting I’d have to make this kind of modification. Also, at no fault of the manufacturer, my Saint Bernards find this product to be delicious. They love chewing on wood. When it comes time to replace this ramp, I’ll probably just modify and rebuild what’s left of it. If you’re at all handy, I’d recommend just building one from scratch over purchasing this product. Or have a local handyman, woodworker or furniture repair person custom build one. Better to support the local economy and get a quality product than buy this low quality ramp. It’s not a good value.

The ramp is to help my older 12lb dog get up on the couch. The material is slippery and if you put it much higher than the second level it is way too steep. I put a blanket over it and keep it on level 2. My dog has to jump a little from the top but she’s happy to be able get on the couch again. It works great with this setup.It’s also more sturdy than other reviews have stated. About 5 kids between ages 2-5 ran up the ramp and jumped on it while playing and it didn’t break or crack.

All very nice but every time my dog tries to go up or down the ramp, she slips. Even though is carpet is slippery

One, the carpet they put on this has no grip we had to put something over it just so our lil dachshund could make it up without slipping. And after two weeks of use from our 8lb dogs it completely fell apart due to screws Loosening and poor craftsmanship. The wood split and the staples that held it together came out.

Product came broken in several places, sheared in two places on the folding part and wiggly at every connection on ramp part. It WAS NOT usable upon receiving it. It was cheap and what I was looking for, so I clipped the staples and used gorilla glue and clamps. I didnt feel like returning and having it sent to another person. Even glued back together, I wouldn't call it sturdy, but my dog is only 8 lbs so it will do. I replaced the carpet on it since the pictures, it is kind of slick despite the little texture on it. I'd only reccomend this if you are handy.

I ordered the ramp to help my dog get up on the couch. It was great except the fabric was too slippery. I used double-sided tape to attach a heavier piece of carpet and now it's perfect.

This is a great little ramp for my 12 yr old pug to get on the bed but unfortunately the slots to adjust the height are on the wrong side. This makes it a one height option instead of three as advertised. Since it is glued and not screwed I can't even attempt to fix it. Amazon has kindly refunded my order but not sure I want to order again in case it arrives with the same defect. Otherwise a nice little ramp.

It quite sturdy, however, I had to purchase a roll of anti slip tape, because the material on the ramp is slippery.

I couldn't assemble it Wrong bolt and nut, Does not fit properly. I had to rill holes use different bolts to make it work.
