This is DARK!
The flavor is wonderful but it's too dark for my taste, almost puckering. I like 85% and this was too much for me.

High in Oxalates
Oxalates are toxic substances which are present in certain foods that are otherwise high in nutritional value. Chocolate bars, especially dark chocolate bars, are high in oxalates. Over consumption of oxalates will negatively effect your health.

Great Dark Chockolate with great flavor
I like this chocolate as there is not much sugar and has all the nice fruity flavors of dark chocolate. Also, this does not seem overly bitter for 90 percent cacao.
