The Bookcase case was well wrapped, did not have a single mark on it and looked just perfect. It is also solid and steady. Very well made, and worth the price. Would definitely recommend.

The one star reviews on this shelf scared me but I was pleasantly surprised. The shelf arrived beautifully packaged; nothing was damaged. It was easy to put together and it looks beautiful. The shelves seem strong enough to meet our book storage needs!

These bookcases are sturdy and good looking and they have excellent instructions that are easy to put together even for novices. The only downside is that the materials quality is only average. When nailing nails into the backing material, it's easy to split the fiberboard or mar the very thin veneer. There are also imperfections in the veneer that look like cracks sometimes. Not heirloom quality but a good sturdy bookcase that anyone can put together.

We discovered that during shipping the two end panels were damaged. After contacting the company, they sent two replacements. Very nice customer experience. My one complaint is the directions. I have put Ikea furniture together for years without issues. My son-in-law and I struggled with this unit. The directions definitely need rewritten and illustrated better. Perhaps stickers to indicate which is top and bottom. When we finally got them together, they were a lovely looking bookcase and very sturdy.

Recieved on time. Nice quality for the price. Needs more than one person to assemble.

This was surprisingly expensive for what it is.Came missing parts.Now I have to wait.Shelves sag under weight of books. This is a pretty good feature to have for a book shelf.

Just because this is self-assembled furniture, it's nothing like Flimsy Ikea Stick Furniture. I had a real space problem with a small bedroom where every sq. inch has to be juggled around to make the room navigable. What I wanted was a good-looking (antique?) bookcase to sit against a wall where I had a maximum of 13 inches depth allowed. I looked all over the place, found nothing. Most bookcases are more like 17 inches deep. When I came across the Sonoma Bookcase and saw the 13 inch depth listed in Description, I knew this was really close to what I wanted. But what about its stye? Hey, it features little distinctive design features like the convex kicker and the framed sides and top piece.It was silly simple to assemble! It is really pleasing to the eye.Delivered in two days.I recommend this piece. I got the bookcase in "Espresso" - the darkest colour.

The bookshelf was very easy to assemble. Additionally, it is sturdy and provides ample room for books and decorative accessories. Beautiful addition to my study room.

I'm very pleasant with this purchase. The bookshelf is a pretty solid product for this price. It takes some time to install but not difficult. For people who do not have high maintenance for a bookshelf, I would definitely recommend this item.

If I could give a minus 100 stars I would have. The holes on the right panel did not match the left panel. In fact the left panel had one set of holes drilled in the middle. It is as if one of the panels belonged to another set of furniture completely. The cams were drilled to far in so that the screw things could not attach. I could not put this bookcase together. STAY AWAY from this company. I could not return this piece of junk so in the end i took to the cottage and burned it as firewood. At least it had some purpose. Expensive piece of firewood though.
