This really is soft, much more so than I expected. All the material, from the fluffy covering to the cushion inside is soft and warm and cozy. Absolutely perfect for small dogs or growing puppies. The igloo offers them a cave-like nest which some dogs and pups prefer, as it gives them security and shelter. Ours have taken to this nicely and when they get a bit larger we will buy a second one so they have one each. One advantage is that this offers them somewhere to hide as well, so if there are noises that they don't like, they can dive in here and feel a bit more secure than they would if they were open and exposed in the house. The only downside is that this whole thing is extremely soft, so if the dog flops onto the side of the item - in an attempt to slide down to sleep, it will flop over and lay on it's side. This happened twice, much to the disgust of our dogs, but they've figured it out now, and we moved it so one side is against a wall to offer a bit of support. Otherwise this is beautifully made, the stitching is clean, tight and well finished. The material is soft and warm, the zipper unfastens front and back so you can turn this into an open bed very easily, or change to the igloo just as quickly and easily.

This is an amazing piece of kit for the cat. He is VERY fussy and has turned his nose up at some luxury slumber items, however, with this he sniffed it, cautiously went in, and now it is hard to get him interested in anything other than staying in his dark, warm, comfortable little house, which helpfully has a handle on top so I can cart him around the house when I need to. My cat is 6.2kg, so he is big and he is very fussy about space and needs a lot around him, so I would recommend this for the larger cat, or for any, two small cats will easily get in there together.

Took ages to arrive (about 1 month) but that is only my fault for not checking the supplier. The product itself is very good, the quality is great and it looks as nice as on the pictures.I got size M for our average sized cat. She fits in perfectly with a lot of room to spare. It seems very warm and cosy and our cat loves it - she has been using it all the time since it arrived. Overall happy with the purchase.

This product is really good, my dachshund loves it now. He loves hiding in under furniture. It took him a while to go in voluntarily, it didn’t smell like him but now he’ll happily go in for a little snooze. We got large as we thought the other sizes were too small but didn’t realise how big it was when it arrived.

It malts a little but, other than that, It's really nice, cosy, spacious (I have an 9 week old kitten and purchased a medium size), the design is cute and my kitten has taken to it very quickly and is comfortable in it. It's also versatile as described. It isn't solid, quite floppy (the kitten/cat can roll away in it, if it's being energetically playful) but, overall, it's worth the purchase.

We have a small Siamese cat whom loves to be warm and near us so this bed was for the landing near our bedroom. It's supposed to be non slip but it ends up upside down or half way down the stairs needless to say the cat is frightened of it

Good quality beds, my cats love them. I also needed to contact the seller and they dealt with my query promptly and very helpfully. Would definitely recommend.

We bought this as a ‘travelling cave’ in the car. We take our cats when we go away in our caravan and this is perfect for them in the car. It is very well made. Both ends zip off to flatten it down. The inside bed pad is removable and the whole thing comes through the washing machine unscathed and keeps its shape. In hindsight, a smaller version would have been a better choice; I think I got the small dog size but the cats like it and feel safe in it so that’s good enough for us.
