Kids Gift Activity Gift Box of Crayola Favorites Gift Basket - Kids get well Gift or Kids activity gift

I ordered this for my step-daughter, for her Easter gift. I live in Texas and she lives in South Carolina. I made sure to send it to her Grandma and paid twice the price to make sure it was there before I went in for back surgery. 5 days after I got home from my surgery I received a call saying she never got it. For a week I tries to get ahold of anyone who could explain why. I finally received an email saying it was sent to Dana California. I will never use this company again!!!!
