Q: How often does this device update or poll?

The "vibration detected" event is triggered once a minute. If the event has been triggered, then it will not be triggered for the next minute. If the vibrations persist, the event will be triggered again a minute later.

Q: Can the motion sensor be used in a clothes dryer, what are the temperature operating limits of sensor(hot and cold)?

The operating temperature for the Aqara Motion Sensor -10℃ – +45°C (14℉– +113℉). It is not recommended to use inside a clothes dryer.

Q: Outdoor use possible?

I bought a magnetic box that sticks to my side gate, put the vibration sensor in the box and it works perfect.

Q: What values does the tilt sensor provide? Is it fine-grained like degrees? Or something more coarse?

As far as it being detected in the Aqara Home app, the tilt is simply detected. There is no measurement of the tilt in degrees or any other scale.
