Upgrade to 2Pack 3.6Ah 18V P102 Battery + P117 Charger Replacement for Ryobi Battery and Charger with 3A Dual Chemistry IntelliPort(2 USB Ports) Compatible with Ryobi Lithium Combo Pack

I had just purchased 2 new batteries and they came partially charged showing 3 lites on their on board tester. After putting the first one on my old factory charger I noticed that 2 days later the charge had reduced to 1 lite from 3 on the tester. Bought this charger and charged right up. Charged the rest of my batteries including 2 older ones which I thought were bad. After 2 bad Ryobi chargers I suggest if you're starting to wear out your batteries check your charger.

I was looking for a less expensive alternative to the Ryobi battery and charger since the battery and charger cost more than the tool. This one works great seems durably and is far more cost effective.

So far so good on this battery charger. I had 2 ryobi chargers, and one just quit working. I was surprised at how expensive it was to replace the ryobi charger from HD so I found these unbranded chargers at a much better price. The logo's and functions are slightly easier to understand on the ryobi brand, but not an issue for me. So far it is working well at half the price, so I will update on longevity if anything changes in the future.*****************UPDATE*************************I can no longer recommend this charger. It charges the battery o.k., but once they are charged if I leave it on the charger when it is supposed to be in the "maintain mode" the battery will be found dead. I have tried this with all my batteries and it does the same thing for all of them. After I charge my batteries I take them off the charger for longevity. In my experience if you leave them on the charger it shortens the life. However, if I leave my battery on the factory charger it will be full when I remove it. When I leave it on the aftermarket charger a few days after it comes to a full charge, the battery will be dead when I take it off the vanon charger. Therefore I can no longer recommend this charger and have dropped my ratings from 5 stars to 1 star.

So much better than the old NiMH or NiCad batteries. I purchased several of those older ones over the years and it always seems that within a year they're junk and won't hold a charge anymore. My advice is to grab these and upgrade now. Save yourself money in the long run, and hair in your head from not pulling it out anymore.

Although shipping was very slow it has performed well.

I'm now hooked on the ryobi products and these extra batteries and charger are handy.

Worked good at first use. After that barely lasts 5-10 minutes. I do not recommend. Also, one of the batteries barely charges now. It was on the charger overnight and was not even charged half way. I will be looking for another elsewhere.8/9/23 - Customer service contacted me and refunded my money. Quick and easy. Appreciate them reaching out and making it painless. Maybe I just got a dud. I will try purchasing again eventually due to the excellent customer service.
