I can use them for pilates but I do slide around in them a bit.

I wore these several times in my Pilates reformer class and I find myself slipping. They are very comfortable and easy to put on. They also support my arch. The only thing is that I find myself slipping on the bar in class.

These are awesome for my workouts. I work out at hotworx and these are perfect.

I wear a womens size 10 shoe. I bought the size 10-11 and they are way too tight over the instep and top of my foot. I have high arches, and narrow ankles these are way too tight as to be uncomfortable even after having them on for an hour or so. I know they have to be snug in order to grip the matt or floor but I have used similar products and after a few minutes I cannot feel them on my feet. I also have neuropathy in my feet so perhaps that is why they remained uncomfortable. This is the largest size so I cannot try a larger one.

Great shoes, good fabric, & look super. But even though I brought a large, it is still too small. (I'm a 6.5 UK) may be they're more suitable for dainty feet!
