I got these for myself cause it was recommended by my friend since her son liked them. I am unable to swallow pills so gummies are easier tor me to take. These taste really good. The taste and texture are the orange jewish candy slices. It's not really a gummy but super soft.These helped me a lot too cause a different brand I was using was making me feel sick.I also recommend the adult amazon gummies for b12 if you need to take them they are the same texture and no issues with those either.

My kid likes to eat these, even reminds me to give it to him since he needs vitamin D, not being a fan of milk. This makes giving him vitamin D less or a struggle.
