This has been a lifesaver for me! Was easy to install and have had no issues with security. The only thing I don't like about it is that sometimes the door sticks open. I don't know if all units have that problem, but this one does. I just put up a sign that says to be sure the door is closed and no problems since. It has been installed for a year and still looks like new. Very sturdy and no rust.

I built it into a 3 foot square 6 foot high clinker brick column curbside at my residence. The column I built represents a bit of work to say the least so I wanted something durable that would be long lasting. This is it. I simply left a recess in the rear of the column to access the swinging door with a half inch protrusion above the opening to act as a drip screed. The mailbox is well built and I know it will last for decades, so I am pleased. The key system to open the doors is more like a bike lock, and I know of no way to have it reproduced. They send 2 keys, so I for one will keep track of them. If I loose one, I will then change out the lock while I still have a key to open it. That mistake would be on me, not the mailbox. This lock would not be fun to drill out, which I also like about it. I give it a 10 out of 10 as the mail shaft really is adjustable and the powder coating on mine is top notch.

Quality look good, but they send me the wrong keys, we call them and it's going to take another week to get here is ridiculous.

The product itself is very good, very durable, and well made, but, it is unforgiving in measurements. Make sure your contractor has thoroughly worked out the logistics.

We bought this to add to our office, due to the lock down from the Coronavirus State of Emergency. We needed a secure mail drop for the mail as well as clients to drop off envelopes so we could keep the business open without having to meet directly with people. This Drop Box provided a secure solution. It is made of powder coated metal. It's solid. The Outside Mail Flap is heavy and not a flimsy metal. The drop shoot has two pieces so the unit can accommodate different size walls. The interior box is big enough fo accommodate a number of small number 10 envelopes or a few larger 9 x 11 + - envelopes if filled. The Box locks and is very solid. So it is good if you need the mail in a locked box until you can empty it. I would recommend this. Installation requires the right tools and time. If you are not handy, I would recommend hiring someone to install this. The trick is that the "Mail Shoot" has to go through the wall on an angle. So the outside Hole is higher than the inside box. You also have to be able to secure the heavy inside box to the wall. We had to put a cross piece in the wall between the studs to screw the bolts into. The unit does come with 4 large wall bolts that would work if you did not want to cut out the area behind the box. However you need to get the drop shoot lined up correctly and you will likely wind up cutting a larger hole in the inside wall that you originally expect. Overall this is a good product for the price and I recommend it.

This is not installed yet, but we are going to use it for a key drop for our storage rental business.

Lock for the safe is broken. Just want the lock replaced not the whole thing replaced.
