Great camera, works perfectly with Frigate
Really impressed with this camera. The video quality is excellent for the price, the setup was straightforward, and it connected to Wi-Fi without any trouble. What I particularly like is that it integrates nicely with Frigate for local AI detection. The RTSP stream works reliably and it was easy to add into my home setup, which is great if you prefer running your own surveillance system rather than relying purely on cloud apps. The image quality is clear, the motion detection works well, and the pan/tilt controls are smooth. Overall it feels like a very capable little camera. If you're running a home automation or homelab setup, this is a great option that plays nicely with local systems. Highly recommended.

Reliable camera with great playback capabilities and app
Absolutely brilliant camera! Video quality is good both day and night. I have my camera pointing outside through a window, meaning I have to have Infra red turned off. Despite this, the night vision still produces clear images. With infrared turned on (provided it's not pointing out a window, lol!) the night vision is exceptional. The motion detection is very consistent, camera identifies difference between animals, people and objects, and then tracks motion very reliably. App has brilliant functionality, with playback easy to access using app, and saves recordings for over 3 days on a 128GB SD card! Settings for the camera are almost unlimited, If there's anything you could need the camera to do, there's likely a way to set it up. It has been Very well thought of by Reolink. You can access the camera via the app from anywhere provided you have internet access and your camera has internet connection, you don't have to be on the same network. This is brilliant for remote monitoring as you can watch the cameras live stream. You can even use the PTS function on the app to move the camera remotely. This camera, for the money, is the best you can ask for. There's no in app subscription fees (as of Jan 2026). It's got brilliant reliability, endless functionality, and versatility. The only nit picks I would mention, but these are very insignificant, are that: The 5MP camera resolution is good, but could be better (if that's a priority for you, consider spending that bit extra) The app does take some time to get used to. The core functions that you'd use day to day are accessible as soon as you open the app, which is brilliant. But to get full use from the camera's capabilities (setting alarms, schedules etc), the camera settings menu does take some digging through and a bit of time to figure out. Would definitely recommend Reolink, so far my experience has only been positive. After trying another camera from EUFY, I can say that for small, affordable and basic security/monitoring, Reolink has much more to offer.

Excellent product
We use this mostly to monitor our dogs whilst we are out shopping, just in case. The software is easy to setup and you can zoom in/out as well as pan/tilt. Software works on mobile phones and also on a PC. You can also have preset positions of your own choosing, so you click on the preset and the camera automatically goes to that location - a bit like the memory setting on modern car seats. You are also able to hear what's going on in the room, as well as talk to people, and the quality of the speaker and microphone is more than adequate. Dogs could clearly tell it was "me" talking to them by their reactions, although they were a bit confused at first by the fact they could see me. They got used to it. Quality of picture at night is excellent, and if you go into hi-res mode you can really see the detail when you zoom in. There is more than enough detail that if someone was to enter a room in darkness, you'd clearly make out their features. Setting up using a wired ethernet connection was really easy. However, I could not get it to work over wifi, despite numerous attempts and researching different approaches via the internet. I would get so far through the process and then it would start over. That could be a deal breaker for many, as not everyone is able to hard wire gadgets into their home networks. I think a few other people have experience similar problems. Unfortunately, there is no way of knowing if someone is watching you via the camera - I would have liked to have had that facility for peace of mind. This combined with the wifi setup difficulty means it loses a star. You can store pictures/video to an SD card I've not used the motion detector yet so cannot comment on that. For a simple, quick to set-up camera I think this is great value for money. I didn't want a camera that integrated with Alexa or other such systems as I don't trust them yet. We only switch it on when going out, and it automatically registers and sets itself up on the home network every time without a fault.

Excellent camera
Better than Topo Dual band, easy to set up. Value for money. Although Alexa is unable to connect to it, and it is advertised that it can. Buid quality is good, very robust. Fits into the surrounding area well. Added extra storage capacity by using a nano memory card. And the video quality is excellent, crisp clear

Great value, good product, no subscription fees!
I have a mix of reolink and hikvision cameras on my network, they support onvif for my NVR and are happy to do it at the same time as being accessed via the reolink service which is online but doesn't ask for a subscription to be paid. The mobile app is best when setting up but for all the options you're gonna want the desktop app to configure them. If you'd putting it inside a window, disable the IR illumination leds otherwise they'll reflect off the glass and blind it at night. The night vision is good, not as good as the expensive hik vision gear but plenty good enough. The pan and tilt works nicely. The audio pickup is decent. I have no idea how this would handle being outside, i'm guessing poorly, hence using different kit outside. That said, i've 3 of these and the reolink doorbell and i even bought my folks the doorbell because they're kinda great for the money. Had these for years, working solidly.

Really impressed how easy it was to set up. Clear instructions working in minutes. Great picture quality and works with my new 5ghz router. No messing around spliting bands. You just choose which one and connect , EASY . Great product

Lacking features that are advertised
I purchased two E1 Pro cameras because they were advised as having a privacy mode and cry detection. Neither feature is present. It looks like Reolink have different “hardware” versions available and are falsely advertising that the units there are selling on Amazon have these features when they don’t. Neither of my cameras have privacy mode or cry detection. I’ve spent over £1k on Reolink cameras to date. They did the same with the E1 Zoom cameras too. False advertising and lacking advertised features aside, they are good cameras… EDIT: After contacting Reolink (again), they confirmed that the features need a new firmware update, but the update isn’t available via the app. Cameras sold don’t have this firmware either. Reolink have to manually push the firmware through to each unit so you get the advertised features. So you have to contact them, provide the device UIDs, and then then the firmware will be available. Seems bizarre to me. But if you’re in the same boat, ask Reolink for the new firmware…

Exceeded my Expectations
I was hesitant about buying this, merely because I needed a camera that connected to 5G network. Well this certainly does. Also the size of it, as it's a lot bigger than what I expected. I'm glad I did buy it. It's actually worked out, it being bigger. Great quality camera. Exceeded all my expectations. Picture quality is really smooth and clear. The viewing range I thought was quite good. Connected to WiFi easily. So easy to set up. Instructions where straight forward even for me. It has so many different features I'm finding a function each day. Definitely would recommend to buy this and an SDcard. A month on I'm still finding more functions to make this camera even better now that I've worked some of them out. Tweeking to my needs. I' Very happy. Definitely 5 stars from me. Unfortunately for past few days have experienced playback issues. It appears that these cameras only take possibly a maximum of 512gb SD card or there own brand of SD cards. I'd previously had a 128gb SD card in and no problems. I'd purchased 2, 900+ gb SD cards and found issues in recording and play back. So for that I will reconsider my rating to 4 stars
