Where has this been my whole life. My back feels so straight and painless. I feel like the back brace helped even with the first use. Its really easy to put on and tighten. The quality is really great and people wrote in reviews that they were sitting straighter even when the brace was off, I am really hoping for that and hope to update about that. My wife sometimes uses it as well since it is adjustable. I am not using it for exercise but for just better posture while sitting and working at home. This is definitely too bulky to wear in public for me.One thing to note, go with a drop larger than a drop smaller if you are in between sizes on the chart. I found this was very helpful for me and I hope it helps others in my bad posture situation.

I really notice a difference when I wear this. If you try to slouch you can actively feel it pull you upright! I didn’t even realize it came with the back strengthened either, which is also super useful, especially when you’re just sitting around anyway

I'm disappointed that this didn't come with any instructions on how best to use something as important as a body shape, plus the tension belt is mediocre.

This product is well made but very frustrating. The shoulder straps are durable of not very comfortable. The problem I'm having is you use the shoulder straps to set the desired tension, but as soon as you bend down or lift your arms over your shoulders the buckle loosens. I used to wear my shirts tucked in but with the product I can't do that because I have to reach under my shirt and tighten the straps 30 times a day. And it's so conspicuous. Not really a good purchase.

This strap can correct your posture without you knowing you are wearing it. You will feel the tension but it is easily adjustable. Impressive.
