These were maybe a little big for my little puppy (10 lbs)but I was able to split them. They last a long time.

My 13 lb Malshi carries this around in his mouth when it gets smaller. He really enjoys these during his chew time. Lasts at least 3 days.

These are amazing! My 11 week old dachshund LOVES them, they keep him busy for 30+ mins and nothing else has held his attention like this!! Amazing. Worth the money and we’ll be buying more. He also loves your training treats! So we love multiple products from your company.

4 stars because it is sooooo stinky, smells like rotten fish when they are eating it and it lasts a long time so the smell just didn't stop! I put blankets down so they could chew on them on the blankets! EW! If you have a dog that will have a chew outside these are amazing from a dog perspective. Both my chihuahua and my mini pincher loved them!! Chewed on them a long time!

These beef tendons are disgusting! The smell is unbearable. My dog took it in another room and we still smelled it. They are also very stringy. I have a small dog and she can’t even eat it. It shreds, she chokes, we throw it away. Maybe they wouldn’t be bad for a larger, outside dog. They’re a definite no for small dogs.

We are preparing our home for a new puppy and our grown has a new puppy! I ordered these chews and after we got them I was a little concerned that they might be too big. Or to small. Or choke him. When our son and pup came for a visit he said it was okay to see how she would do with it. As soon as she smelled it she was in a world all by herself. She didn't even notice when he left the house. The beef tendon chew provided her with a good challenge and kept her entertained all afternoon. After an hour or so she took one piece and hid it under a towel and then took one piece outside and buried it. Later after she drank a lot of water she went back and found her treasure and had more time chewing and chewing until there wasn't anything left. I watched closely to make sure she wouldn't get choked, but there was never any issue. I sent her home with a few tendons and now I've ordered a bag to send to our son and hope that she will have many more hours of chewing fun. They came packed well and it takes about eight days to receive them.

These were great for our overly bitey puppy , but the smell awful and gave her terrible smelling gas (I wasn’t sure it could get worse).

My four month old golden is a big chewer, so I thought these would be a great choice. I know not to leave a dog unattended while using a chew. But he chewed the bottom 2/3rds of this into a soft, white goopy mess and was so crazed, he wouldn’t let me take it away. I have never not been able to dig something out of his mouth. He kept trying to swallow it to keep me from getting it. The noise he was making scared me as I thought he was going to choke to death. The third time I was able to catch him, I got enough of a hold to pull it out of his throat and mouth. The whole thing had turned from a thin looking innocuous treat into a 10” thick gelatinous, fibrous choking hazard. It swells and soften with chewing. I feel lucky to have gotten it out of his mouth before he swallowed it or choked on it. I do not recommend. I don’t even think I would trust a full grown dog with this. A full bag minus 1 chew and a full unopened bag are going in the trash because even the unopened one cannot be returned to Amazon. Expensive mistake and I otherwise have been happy with Pupford products. Not this one. Edit to add: Pupford contacted me and offered a full refund. Very kind of them. Their training treats are fantastic, and I will continue to buy those. This review is a warning to those like me unfamiliar with tendon treats!

I thought they would be similar to ones I bought in the pet store but my dogs don’t even want these ones seem to have big pieces of fat on them and very greasy

My dog loved this product however he started having trouble chewing it and I noticed a long piece of it was logged in his throat. He didn't make a sound so I didn't notice he was having trouble swallowing the pieces until I noticed the piece that wasn't eaten was hanging out of his mouth. If you decide to use this product, watch your dog carefully for any signs of trouble.
