I'm 73 years old and this is the best probiotic I've ever tried . I've been taking these for years, and I will take them for the rest of my life. They take all the pressure off of trying to eat just the right thing everyday. I can just relax and enjoy my life.

I am starting this again...I have 5 autoimmune diseases...lupus,Sjogren's,fibromyalgia,Raynauds ,and OA. My joint pain right now is through the roof. A while back I was doing so good. Now..not so good and I think it is because I stopped taking these.Then I remembered how VIP gut health is! I have some coming tomorrow... Will update if I am right!
