I bough this to replace the battery in a Toshiba Satellite c655-s5061 and it worked great. I thought that I would need to charge for 2-5 hours like any new rechargable battery for an electronic device and I didn't. It charged within 45 minutes and my laptop (which had been without a battery for a while) was up and running. It doesn't loose the charge when you unplug it and the computers off and you get good battery life (about 8 hours in Linux I don't know about windows) all in all I think that this battery is a good and inexpensive replacement was going to pay 27.99 for another battery that I saw and went with this instead and I don't regret it . Would definitely buy again.P.S this sale was fulfilled through amazon and I did not buy directly from the seller ( if that makes a difference ) though I think that if I did my experience would have been similar.

In a market with literally thousands of lap-top computers and notebook varieties, models, styles and makers, the after-market for a replacement battery is exponentially dense. But USTOP listed the right battery for my Toshiba lap-top and it fit perfectly and gives a good long cord-free period for a computer that draws gobs of juice. I got lucky with USTOP. You can simply follow my luck and order from them.

The battery worked just fine upon arrival. I didn't have any charging issues, and the battery life on a single charge was adequate. The battery itself only lasted a year, though. As of about 2 months ago, it wouldn't hold a charge anymore. I have to keep my laptop plugged in. You get what you pay for.

I read some complaints about the battery not lasting long. Mine usually lasts for 1-2 hours fully charged, but that's much better than the original battery I had worked for awhile. For the price, I'm very happy with it.

The good: price, didn't start our house on fire.Not so good: lasted about 18 months, but still less than $1/month overall.

Great replacement value for my old Toshiba computer. So far so good and I can finally work on the computer without if being plugged into the wall outlet. The price was less than 25% of the cost of a new Toshiba factory battery. It looks identical and fits perfectly. Upon checkout I took "no rush" delivery and saved even more!

It was okay to fill the hole from a missing battery but does not hold a charge very well.

Although this battery does not get the full run time of the original battery, it works great, fits well and has my old Toshiba running well without having to be plugged in all the time. It would get a full 5 stars if the run time was a bit longer.
