Top Quality
Not all 12v 2.0 batteries are alike. Kimo batteries are made to very high quality standards. The fit and finish are great. I have three different Kimo cordless tool, in my opinion they all are great quality tools..I highly recommend Kimo tools especially at the price point.

Battery just stopped working
Was use my 3/8 ratchet when the battery just stopped and wouldn't charge 😓

2 Year Warranty
Have not used battery at of this time, but like their attitude toward customer service. Typically any tool manufacturer that responds to me as a customer has been top-shelf. Purchased battery pack brad nailer/stapler and compact polisher - they appear to be quality. Never crazy about Chinese manufactures, but all battery tools have some foreign parts and can't really complain. I appreciate the extra step per their contact. Also, Kimo does a good job of giving you the basic operation instructions for their tools - I don't need the extra details, only well-written description and operation of tool - good job Kimo!

Very light quality
I bought 1 polisher love it light gets the job done ,I bought another and two extra battery’s and two extra buffer pad kits . I can’t do what I use to physically but this is my hoppy very simple easy well worth it .

No longer holds a charge
When I first charged it it work ok with tool it is meant for but when I went to recharge it, it no longer would charge again. Unfortunately it can no longer be returned either. Seems to me its better to purchase form a store with this kind of stuff.
