Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Is a really good lock, very secure (4 pins) and elegant looking, easy to configurate with the app, the manual and mold with the holes and the measurements are really well explained. Uses 4 batteries AA. It has doorbell. It comes with a protective film for avoiding scratches in the screen, we liked that there are 4 ways to unlock, Fingerprint, smart Card, 6 digit code and master Key. It's great for the price and looks really modern.

This lock looks great online, but here's my warning:Installation is incredibly hard. If you have a wooden door like me, you have to cut, scrape, and chisel out a huge slot for the lock body. If you don't have a jigsaw, sawzall, multiple chisels and hammer, plus the patience of a saint, it's going to be hard. The buckle plate also requires the same to install. If you have a traditional door knob and deadbolt, it's unlikely the holes will line up.Instructions are badly translated from Chinese. There is no online help and their website, even if Google Translated has no manual, FAQ, or troubleshooting for this model.Once installed, the app is poorly designed and hard to use.The various functions DO NOT LOCK the door. The locking mechanism is to pull the handle upwards, either from inside or outside. This is not in the instructions.The various functions DO NOT UNLOCK the interior deadbolt. That is manual only, which makes sense but not intuitive and not described that way in the instructions.The lock will not connect to WiFi, so you can't use the unlock with iPhone feature. But that's okay, because that is buried 4 screens into the app anyways, so who's going to stand at their own front door and scroll through those screens.Once I got it working, the fingerprint unlock feature worked well so that's essentially how I'll use it from here on out.Look for a better lock with simpler instructions and a lock body that is easier to install. You can thank me later.

We bought this to replace a deadbolt and regular handle on our front door. My son installed it fairly quickly. So far, it is pretty easy to use, and I love the different ways to unlock it, and that it stays locked all of the time. We have one more outside door that I will be putting one of these locks on. I can't recommend it enough!

Love this. Had to make some modifications to my door but that was at my choice because this was the locking mechanism that I wanted. A few of the instructions were kind of tough to figure out but we got it. Works great. Great with all the different unlock features. fingerprint reader works great. Gives you a great sense of security. when you lift the handle to lock...you know its locked. The only thing I wish it had was a small light ring around the fingerprint reader location.

guys you product should come with the door and the frame so this case people wont need to pay $400 for its installation and showing video on how to install the lock in a metal little door model is for monkeys. You should divide you video instruction to categories reflecting each door type and the frame.

This lock is exceptional value and has all the features of a device four times the price.As a mortice lock it is much more difficult to install, but with a mortice jig and patience it is simple enough.The finger scanner works for everyone but me, but with so many options (code, smart card, key) I was not in the slightest dismayed.The door bell, security alarms and app are all high quality features and I feel that the price of this lock is a great investment in both home security as well as a nice entryway design piece.

Something new, product was great me and my wife love it. No need to carry keys and love the fingerprint feature. Will purchase another one for the back door!
