There was way too much salt sprinkled on virtually every piece. The "salted this-and-that" ship sailed several years ago. Disappointing all the way around. Spend your money on something else.

Excellent Artisinal Chocolates!!
Visually stunning chocolates! I buy these all the time, I love the distinctive and creative flavors. Served these at cocktail hour at my wedding and my friends and family still ask about them.

Handmade with care and quality rich caramel
This was an amazing box of chocolate. Bought it based on the positive reviews from NYTimes. You can tell these are handmade. The burnt caramel is by far the best caramel I’ve ever had. Much better than more expensive machine made chocolates from Elbow, Vosges, or Jacque Torres.

Arrived melted and just a mess.

Not terrible as some reviews state, but not world class either. Only average.
These are not terrible truffles as some have mentioned, but they are far from world-class as you might believe. I have much better chocolates (Vosges, L.A. Burdick) which are similar in price, but significantly higher quality. I will not be purchasing these again.
