It comes with a filled pretty bottle and the 15ml refill bottle.

anyone know why there is the caveat about wrapping? does it come sealed in cellophane?

Does come sealed in cellophane but I would be wary of ordering this as I dont think its official Marc Jacobs this is the perfume I always wear and although it really looks the part I came out in a rash when I wore it, which prompted me to compare it with my shop bought bottle and there were subtle differences between the bottles.
