Lovely bag but I bought it two months ago and a hole has already appeared in the side!!It has not had any excessive use so this has to go down as being of poor quality. I dont usually spend 50 quidon bags so deeply disappointing. Amazon also says return date has passed : (

Love this backpack! A little larger than expected, but in a good way, fits more stuff than my old Jansport one (for reference). Love the roll top design and the easy access pocket and drink bottle holder on the outside. Very comfortable to wear and looks a bit more professional than your standard backpack.Only negative is that there aren't enough pockets inside, and because the backpack is only top access your stuff can get lost at the bottom. I will be buying a multi pocket organiser for mine.Would definitely recommend :)

The size of the bag is great, but could have done with one more compartment on the inside. The canvas fabric is sturdy enough, and the straps are comfortable even when heavily loaded. The one major downside is that the velcro strap closure is not secure, and after a few months usage it looses its 'stickiness'. Of course there's still the zipper, but with the strap flapping loose it just does not feel secure (contents of bag flipping back and forth). Currently looking into putting a buckle or a button on it, as the bag is otherwise good.

I love this back pack. It's a great weekend/ day bag but not suitable for hiking as not waterproof and just one large compartment . All the little sections work better when hiking.I love the rolltop and it's worked really well whenever I've used for a weekend bag.

The backpack is very good and I like it a lot. However, the vertical zip on the pocket on the front is very irritating - it's just in the wrong place! it's hard to open and close one-handed; and if left open, things fall out! I think this a design fault. The zip should run horizontally along the top of the pocket - that would be a positive improvement to this very simple and practical bag.

Quality not quite as good as expected. It’s not an authentic brand - but of a knock off (should have known by the name ‘Johnny urban’). Fabric a bit cheap and don’t expect the stitching to hold up to daily wear, but we’ll see.....

Would've given this 5 stars but unfortunately, the velcro isn't long enough to roll the top right down when the bag is only half full.

Great bag, product arrived as expected. Comfortable to wear, easy to clean. My only downside would be the front top closer is velcro, while this works well for adjusting size, I possibly would have preferred a hard close option.
