Get Out if Your Heas is great for a small group study if you’re really interested in making meaningful changes in thought patterns. This isn’t a “fun” or “pleasant” study, instead it encourages true growth.

Used with my grandaughter and it was very helpful.She gained much needed insight and was presented in a non threatening way.

This study has moved to my essential list in the spiritual development of women. This is a practice we must develop.

A little disappointed to open the box and only see the study, question cards and the dvd. No lead guide in the box. Having to purchase it separately.

I love the book and the curriculum but my box arrived without a leader book and I need the leader guide soon to lead a class. Amazon is replacing my box but I’m nervous the new box will also lack the leader book.

I tried, really tried to get into this with my Tuesday group. It was such an odd process of study. The book is great, but not able to get into the study as a group.

This book and study totally changed my life! I didn't realize how negative and paralyzing my thoughts were. Through reading the book and doing the study alongside, I learned how to actually capture those thoughts and redirect them. I feel like I'm living in more freedom than I ever have!
