Absolutely necessary, works well and easy to use.
I've worked in a busy pharmacy the last 27 years and spent a lot of time on the phone. This has taken a toll on my neck as I would always hold the phone against my shoulder using one of the rubber/plastic rests attached to the handset. Now my neck has exposed nerves causing extreme pain. I started using headsets from this company about a year ago and the sound and reliability have always been perfect. The quick connect cords make it easy to move around to different stations in my workplace. Wish I started using this as a long time ago.

Ok everyone, this is the most durable head piece of all time. I am constantly throwing it halfway across the room and it has held up like a champ(bought a year ago). I work with insurance and am always frustrated (angry) so it’s not just a toss. Andddddd it still looks good. Maybe a fluke but I love it!!!

Does not fit everyone head , and mic too close to the face.
Sound ok , not my stile one ear soud was a bit uncomfortable also is very small it didn’t fit my head very uncomfortable, mic very short too close to my face. Returned.
