IZODMen's Comfort Stretch Denim Jeans

These are comfortable jeans. I first purchased these at a local department store. Returned to store and could not find them in my size, etc. checked on Amazon and found exactly the size needed!

I wear 38x34. I ordered 38x34. They were like 40x34. Way too big. So I ordered 36x34. They fit perfect. Another pair I ordered had an outside leg seam that was not sewn. I've had similar sizing and sewing issues with these pants in the past. Unfortunately you have to experiment a bit with different pants of the same size. Free returns helps. But when you get the right fit and there are no sewing defects, they are great. They are a bit thinner material than other brand name jeans but I like the weight . They are soft, smooth and they move and stretch with you and look just like any other jeans. I have about 3 other pairs I bought a few years ago and they are still holding up well. One other complaint is the price has gone up about $10-$15 since then. But I think still worth it.

I would (and will) buy these again for my husband. He was impressed with the stretchiness in the inner leg area when he has to kick higher than 4 feet (collapsing wall - he threw up his foot to give me time to get out and the pants did not tear!). So if you're a martial artist or just crouch often to pet animals or yank up weeds - these pants are for you.

I bought these pants because I had previously bought some IZOD brand pants years and years ago at a department store in my area and loved them for all those years. The older pants were weirdly soft for jeans, looked great, they were perfect. Except due to their mixed-fiber construction eventually holes appear of their own accord (certainly not due to the extremely strenuous activity of walking just down the street from my apartment to work, and sitting in chairs all day). Oh well, I'll keep the pants as they die for patches for a new pair, I think to myself. I was about to have to travel for work and so, thinking it a bit prudent to not show up to my client's office with falling-apart pants I turn to the only source that had pants in stock at the time with enough time to get them before I leave: amazon. The pants arrived and I had enough time to wash them before I left. The color was a an attractive deep blue, perfect for a technician to seem friendly and approachable yet professional. These pants seemed to agree with the message I wanted to send: "I am here to help with all of your computer issues, and I am friendly so computer issues are not scary and we'll get through the computer stuff together and laugh about it." Until I took them out of their wrapping - then they were coarse. These pants require initial setup before use. Washing them and drying them twice took them from unwearable to *barely tolerable*. Upon returning from travel I have been throwing these pants in with every wash of pants, towels, or other heavy cloth of like color regardless of whether or not they are clean. I suspect it'll take a good 20-30 washes before they are truly comfortable, and even then it's nothing on the old comfortstretch pants. I'm too young to be saying "they just don't make things like they used to". I'll have to figure out if it's just Amazon that gets these ridiculously scratchy pants or the sandpaper has infested my department store too, but that's an adventure for another time. For now, I have the pants I need and they do the job of covering my bits. Every wash... they get a little softer.

These pants fit in every way, and they’re almost perfect except for one thing. They don’t have enough belt loops. If you don’t worry about you probably don’t give a crap but I wear a belt all the time, every time, because I can’t stand to have my pants slipping down around below my waist. I’ve actually thought about seeing if a seamstress can sew in a couple of extra belt loops because I guess they would be perfect then

I have a complaint about this pair of jeans! On the last pair that I ordered there were 7 belt loops on them, but these only have 5 loops which causes the belt to slip above the jeans waist and makes it unsightly and uncomfortable! Was this a mistake by the manufacturer and what can I do about this problem? Otherwise they fit as good as usual.Please respond to this.Thanks.

I bought a 36 x30 in Iron Blue at the last Black Friday for 36$. I had to return it because it was really too large. I am normally wearing 36 to 38 waist (I am 5ft10 / 200lb), and I thought that 36 would be just right, but as other have indicated, they fit REALLY LARGE, and I should have ordered a 34 x 30. I returned them and lost the opportunity of the Black Friday deal since I could not just « exchange » them for a smaller size. So, if you’d like to buy when there is a rebate, and aren’t sure which size is for you, I suggest to order more than one size and return the other(s) FOR FREE. Since they are strecthing, the smaller size is more likely to fit better on you. Other than that, yes the tissus is lighter than regular Denim Jeans, since it has spandex. I used to have other make of jeans like that and they are more comfortable in warmer days than normal jeans.

I like my jeans/pants to sit at the waist or slightly above. These jeans sit below my waist. If I try to pull them up they don't budge much. If I sit I fell like my backside is not properly covered. The jeans are lightweight and comfortable to wear but because of fit on my waist I wouldn't buy them again.

I bought two pairs of Comfort Stretch Jeans, one Indigo Blast and one Iron Blue, both 34×30. The Indigo pair came timely and fit perfectly, are very comfortable. The Iron Blue was shipped from the US, arrived a few days after the first pair, had no tags, and were far too small, both in the waist and length. The sizes and material makeup are marked as the exact same, but the Iron Blue pair is easily two inches shorter than the Indigo pair. After all the reviews saying the jeans were too large, way too small was not what I expected.
