The best saurkraut ever! Really tasty, not pasteurised, organic, good value for money, delicious.

This is my second purchase of the product. I chose it because it only contains 2 ingredients (organic sauerkraut & sea salt). Sauerkraut is great for gut health and it’s raw which makes it even better. One of the jars leaked with both orders, but this is normal and the taste and quality was the same. Thank you

5 star for packaging. I ummed and ahhed about ordering this bc of other reviews saying the product arrived leaking, etc. Mine arrived VERY well packaged - see photos. Only a couple of drips of liquid had escaped from the jar I've opened so far. It opened with a big 'pop' so that shows real fermentation has been happening in there! The sauerkraut is good. I eat it for health rather than taste. There was a very slightly odd smell when I first opened the jar, but as I say, the sauerkraut itself was was fine: crunchy texture, etc. Would recommend and would buy again.

It's my first time having Sauerkraut so I can't compare it to any other. I think this is great. My fears were that it might be acidic but it's not just with a slight tang to the pickling liquid like a mild white vinegar. A tiny bit more tart would have been nice but that's not an issue really. The Cabbage is crunchy and then goes on to be surprisingly chewy. Maybe if I mixed it with with some finely chopped Silverskin onions it would be just perfect :-) I could eat this with just a spoon. A great purchase and would easily buy again.

Firstly I would like to say, I am a person with very high food intolerance. Therefore I have to be very careful with all types of food. The wrong food will give me terrible headaches, body stiffness, tiredness and the rest. I am also a Vegetarian. Extremely difficult find food that has no addictive's and other substances to enhance the taste and look I never thought I would find a product that would change my food world and give me freedom to eat with taste and enjoyment. Yes I have a very difficult life eating a verity of foods. I was apprehensive buying Organic Sauerkraut without vinegar and salt ect. However I know by Science that Sauerkraut is one of the best foods to eating for so many body functions. Particularly for the bones and heart. I gave it a go. Googled "Organic Sauerkraut" and loving foods Fermented Sauerkraut appeared. I ordered two bottles. They arrived as quick as lightening. The taste with my Quoin was a life changer. If you eat eggs, scramble them with Sauerkraut, as my husband did and in his words "Tasty, Tasty, very, very tasty". Mixed with salad is another winning taste. Please anyone reading this with or with out my health condition, buy this product, you will be so happy you did. I would also like to mention the first class customer service. I made enquires about the product before buying. With no waiting or wasted time, the company contacted me, with reassuring guarantees. They helped me all the way. Which is so brilliant to receive in an age of replies taking 2 to 3 days later of the enquire. So I truly thank |Loving Foods.

Very happy with this Sauerkraut. The jars from the previous company that I'd used had a tendency to leak all over the place in the packaging, often so much so that the Amazon box would be wringing wet on arrival. Despite the nice flavour and obvious quality, I wasn't happy with having to clean up the jars before I could even use them. Have only placed the one order with this company so far so early days, but the order arrived well packaged and no leaking whatsoever (the jars were placed inside sandwich bags which is a good idea as an extra layer of protection, but there was no leak whatsoever from the jars anyway). Most importantly the sauerkraut itself has that great taste that I've come to expect from this food, it smells and looks like it should too. Very happy.

As most people say, it leaked but they packaged well, so no mess even if they don’t put the top on tight enough. Good to support small British company. It does taste fresh and good.

Very pleased to have found this live sauerkraut. Delicious and keeps well in the fridge. I've tried making it a few times myself, but this is much less phaff and better tasting than my salty rancid attempts. A little bit of a luxury price wise, however, it's cheaper than a bottle of booze and lasts longer... ours to chose!
