Great for physical therapy
I bought a bunch of these in various sizes after I got a knee replacement. They are just like the ones I am using in physical therapy. As I get stronger, I am buying heavier sizes.

Good for PT
After my husband's stroke, the physical therapist had him using leg weights to build some strength back in his affected leg. The weights at the PT office looked just like these, worked the same with the velcro strap. No problem strapping them on him, but a person with a smaller ankle/calve might find the weight hard to keep on and not slip around. Still, I believe these weights are well-made and good quality for the price. No leakage so far either.

Great quality
I’m a physical therapist and these are the only brand of weights I buy or recommend to my patients. They are easy to clean between patients, they are comfortable and easier to get on and off for elderly patients who have some lack of range of motion. Very good quality.

There was only 1 weight so It is very expensive. The weight is of good quality.

Helpful tool
