Bought for my wife in place of injections. Value for money is good, no obvious side effects (I’ll hold with the sarcasm) and not made for horses so easy to swallow. She says they are an improvement but a longer trial is probably needed.

These are some great quality tablets from Nuunutrition as always… I’ve been taking their Vitamin B-Complex tablets for a long time now, but i wanted to try going for more B12 as Vitamin B12 is a water-soluble vitamin that you must obtain through diet or supplements. It’s responsible for many bodily functions and may benefit your health in various ways, such as by preventing major birth defects, supporting bone health, improving mood and maintaining healthy skin and hair. Getting enough vitamin B12 through your diet is crucial. However, if you struggle to obtain enough or have a condition that affects absorption, supplements are a simple way to increase your B12 intake. I don’t know how much vitamins i get via my diet which is why i take vitamins, just for a peace of mind really. Now i don’t feel like i can give much of a review on these as i take so many other vitamins i can’t tell if the benefits im getting are actually coming from these, but i wanted more b12 as i’ve read that b12 can help a lot when it comes to heart defects, and my family are known to have heart problems so i want to try and make my heart as healthy as possible. These tablets are very small and easy to take, and when i say ‘take’ i mean place under your tongue and let it dissolve, so if you’re scared of taking tablets you don’t have to worry with these, my dad shares these with me and he can’t take then via that way because he says he gets an awful burning sensation when trying to do so , so he just takes them as normal tablets instead, though i wouldn’t advise this as that’s not how they’re directed to be taken.
