Very cute addition to my tree decor, however, it does not have an on/off button so it can get a bit annoying at times. Other than that, I love it

I could not believe how cheaply made this thing is. First of all, the box it came in had no packing material or styrofoam to keep it from moving all around. There were no instructions that came with it and once I figured out how to put it together, Santa wouldn’t climb up the ladder. Since there were no instructions I couldn’t check and make sure I put it together correctly. It only plays one song which is jingle bells and there’s no adjustment for the volume so it starts to get annoying. Also you can’t turn off the music and just have Santa climb the ladder. You either switch it on to get Santa along with the music or switch it off. This is definitely going back.

The media could not be loaded.  Disappointed in this item. No matter where you start Santa, after one or two times of climbing and retreating, he hits the bottom of the ladder with several steps to go. Also, there is no way to allow him to climb, while NOT playing the music---over, and over, and over again!

So cute

It’s a decent ornament for the price. It is kinda heavy on the tree. So we had to secure it in place or keep it with other Christmas decor.

It was annoying and barely climbed the later. Looks like trash.

I was happy with the item except Santa doesn't climb to the top !
