If you're planning to spend almost 20 quid on it, better just go to the shop, cause at least you can choose. I received ripped and sellotaped box with sweets. Not worth money at all.

Excellent selection of fudge and toffee

Very disappointed with this item. Really overpriced for what was included in the ‘ hamper’ which was much smaller than I had imagined. The contents were good apart from the ginger fudge - too strong and not enjoyable.

I bought this so called hamper as a present for my husband, who lives Thorntons. I usually buy him a box of special toffee or the large box of Christmas chocolates. Both products are considerably cheaper than this 'hamper' but it was meant to be a Christmas treat.I was so disappointed at the small box that arrived, it didn't look special in any way. Inside was even worse, four foil packs, each containing one variety of sweets. I wish I hadn't gone ahead and given it as a present, but I was hoping it would be well presented inside. And of course I assumed the contents would be delicious! However, one of the varieties was gingerbread fudge, which we both agreed tasted quite bitter and unpleasant. The normal fudge tasted nice but was in very small cubes, not satisfying chunks. Really, the whole product should have cost no more than £5, I can't believe I spent £20 on it. Never again.

Highly disappointed with this terrible product, do not buy it. Firstly it’s ex Christmas stock which wasn’t noted; also in a well packaged and padded box it had obviously been damaged before. The box was battered and damaged before, it was meant to be a present but wasted.
