Gogoku Bore Sight for .40 Cartridge Hunting Red Laser Boresighter with Batteries

Seems to be accurate matched up real close to wear i sight my glock 22 rmr with a 9 mm laser bore sight just put the 9mm down the barrel since it was the wrong size so want to try the right size cartridge bore sight .40 it matched up but had to pull the extractor before using other wise would not work but for the price it works fir what I need it for

First of all, this product did not come with any instructions at all. Have used for siders in the past, so it wasn’t too difficult to figure out. Mine came with six batteries-which I actually thought generous. No markings in side the casing and with the lack of instructions, no way of knowing which way the batteries go in. Wasn’t too difficult to figure out, but slightly irritating. I have no idea regarding battery life because I didn’t use it that long.Please note if the barrel on your pistol raises when the slide is back you cannot use this product with an open action. You must close the action for the barrel to return to its normal firing position.Regarding accuracy, in my opinion it’s horrible. Please see the photo. When I first put the product in my pistol and tried to check it against my factory sites at about 10 yards it was off. This did not correlate with the groups I was shooting with open sites at 10 yards. I decided to put a reference mark on the back of the product casing. I checked coincidence between the product and my factory sites with the reference mark at 0°, 90°, 180°, and 270°. As you can see in the photo things changed every time. If this device truly had the laser on the center axis of the barrel, this should not change. Mainly for this reason I do not recommend this product.

little bit of a pain ya gotta remove batterys each time but still great great to match up with the grip c/trace laser I am care full not to drop slide on any of my boresiters dont know if the redot could be bounced from center or broke LOVE IT

A lot of reviewers mentioned the action wouldn't close. They must have done what I initially did. I had the action open and locked and slipped the sighter into the barrel. It causes the action not to close all the way and the barrel to rise. No way to sight in your sights that way! You need to load it into a magazine and then chamber it. It will work fine. The light was bright enough for me to see 50 feet. The laser isn't exactly centered but it will get you close enough to start so you aren't wasting all that ammo.

Great purchase, only warning IT WILL NOT CYCLE IN YOU GUN! Don’t make my mistake, but it’s definitely not designed too anyway. Other than that it was super easy to line up my sights. I would definitely recommend

This can not be dropped in it must be cycled in with the magazine I don't know why it only works like that but it's not broken and it will eject so this product does work technically but it doesn't seem to be accurate it always seems to be off a bit so it's not ever going to be something to get zeroed with just gives me a ruff estimate for lining up my cheap lazer flashlight deal if your trying to get a true zero spend more money this is a get what you pay for item it does work and it does come with batteries and even spare batteries so for the price I'm not complaining and the guys saying it would not work they just didn't load it with a magazine it must be cycled in with magazine it CAN NOT be dropped in idk why but it just works like that and it WILL eject it does not get stuck I worried about that the first time I put it in so a lot of these reviews are wrong

It came with extra batteries. Good quality. Will purchase more in other calibers soon. Excellent product and service.

when using this from the mag, it seated inconsistently making any practice worthless. one time low, second high right, 3rd dead on and so on. if I feed it directly, the slide would dent the end of the brass and still be seated randomly. Battery life using the supplied batteries was not very good about 10 or 20 minutes. Will try higher quality duracell when I run out.
