This product does not do anything but get really hot. And I mean really hot. Too hot to touch your face. And that is even before the red light goes off. Emailed company and there is a $15 restocking fee. Really, they are going to restock this item that does not work? Sonic to me means there is a really fast vibration. Well, this has nothing. Just a piece of metal that gets really, really hot. Will not buy anything from Amazon ever again. Have never dealt with a company that has a restocking fee for an item that does not work.

This is not supposed to get hot, just cold. I know it is great, like a cold cucumber on your face. I love it, love it, love it, absolutely love it, on my eyes, love it like a cucumber, a cucumber, I know it's true, cucumber electronic device, will do it for you.

This did not charge at all on the charging device, it arrived broken from the start.
