I had to install Windows, disable the fast start to access the bios, and then install Linux. No problems. All up and running. Very easy, and happy with my purchase.

The delivery was quite faster than expected. the product was clean, with no scratch or dent on the item. however, there was no battery attached and the inter one too is faulty and cannot be charged. I would appreciate a quick fix for this as the description on the item says the battery is at 80%, was shocked to see there was no battery attached or functioning well.. reason for not giving a 5 star

The product arrived in good time, all seems well. I turn it on, and boom, there's a line of weird white pixels. The battery life is also ~75%, not the at least 80% advertised relevant to new.At least it worked. After a very short time it just stopped booting up, I tried resetting the cmos and other obvious things, but was unable to fix it. Cosmetic scarring from being opened around the edges. Do not buy this product.

As new condition, and arrived quickly. Upgraded to 16gig/1tb nvme drive on arrival, after checking all good, and process isn't too difficult at all. Runs Fedora 35 (linux) perfectly.Very happy with it.

Returned as battery would not charge above 1 %

Having used ThinkPad for perhaps half of my working life I knew they were built like tanks but I was still apprehensive about buying "refurbished" - I needn't have been - the T470 I received was indistinguishable from new appart from the generic packaging (which gave much better protection than most brand new laptops). Whist the processor gives "acceptable" performance and the screen angle has to be right to get the best viewing results - the value for money is just unparalleled! I can't recommend it highly enough. Everything about the buying and service experience was first class !

Un ordinateur au top pour le travail et visionner des vidéos etc.Très solide donc à emmener partout.Une étoile en moins car Le retro éclairage serait un véritable plus, mais ce modèle est ainsi fait.

Esta perfecto todo,, tuve un par de problemas al principio pero no era por culpa de el vendedor, si no por temas e transporte y actualizaciones de Windows despues.Le califico con 3 estrellas, por que me han atendido a mis consultas muy bien, y solucionado los problemas, pero le realice unas preguntas por ultimo para ver si valian unos cambios que le hare proximamente, y no he recibido respuesta si le valen los enlaces que le mande en consulta . Pero por lo demas todo correcto.Contento con la compra.Vendedor recomendable y fiableGracias.

Bon déja le bon point, l' état est vraiment neuf.. ras... par contre pas de capteur d' empreinte ni de rétroéclairage du clavier....la c' est un peut moin bien surtout que sur la photo le capteur d' empreinte y étais bien....

Dommage. Difficile d'avoir une assistance : le conseiller à qui j'ai expliqué le problème avec le chargeur n'a rien compris ou est resté coincé dans son process de questionnement. A se demander pourquoi il y a encore des gens derrière les machines. Si possible que le vendeur me contacte et m'explique comment recevoir le bon chargeur sans renvoyer le PC... merci.
