After having a problem with the first one they speedily sent me a replacement. All fine.

Everything about it is spot on, I use it for work on the roads, half of the other lads have bought one for fishing

This arrived within the time frame given - it was packaged so small and the hat needed flattening out a bit ! That said the versatility of it means you can fold it and put it in your pocket if you dont need it! Initially it felt quite snug on my head but it is adjustable. I have tried it on a few times and each time it feels a little less snug. It's good quality and the test will be when I wear it in the rain. I would buy another one and recommend you give it a go.

It sits just a bit taller on my head than I would have preferred. Otherwise it's as described though I haven't tested it out in the rain yet!

On one of the rainiest weekends of the year, this hat was brilliant. Mainly because the weather was dry on the day I bought it for! Have used it in a shower and it kept my head dry, and the rain out of my eyes.

I previously reviewed this product when the first one I received was defective. I did say then that, once I had been refunded, I would probably reorder it as a friend had one and I knew hers was fine. Amazon refunded promptly, and then Toutacoo contacted me and offered me a free of charge replacement as well. Naturally I accepted this and the hat arrived the next day.. This is superb customer service and very canny of them because of course I am telling everyone about it here! Well done Toutacoo - and the replacement hat is great.

Needed a waterproof hat for golf that stayed on my head and this fits the bill. The adjustment on the hat was fine (I have a small head) but the rim of the hat is not quite deep enough to avoid a small amount of rain onto the neck. That said I would buy this one again.
