This will be my 2st set. I loved the first set till one side stopped working. They didn't work right, all of the sudden. They lasted about 5 months. I hope this set last longer. I had them wired into the wires to my Trailer plug. I think that is the best way to go.

Excellent product, installs easily and works great. I am very satisfied with the brightness, quality and wire length. This is a home run!

Firstly, I didn't put these on my truck. I wired them for the lights on my overland RTT trailer under the cabinets on separate switches. The White lights are bright enough to see to walk around the trailer. The amber lights minimize bugs around the campsite. There aren't just for trucks anymore, I guess. Seems to be of decent quality. The 2 sided foam tape hasn't let go in six months so far. I'll probably use them again on the next trailer.

The media could not be loaded. This is my 2nd installation of this type of sequential lights etc. The ones I bought before (different company) had a more substantial feel and were silicone filled. These ones were not at the longest size. These have been on for a couple weeks now and have a nicer all around look and function!My others would NOT allow hazard or turn indicators to work if a door was open and only had the white courtesy lights when a door was open even if hazards were on.THESE allow you to have a hatch or door open and show off... I mean... indicate direction or hazards while a door is open.The fact that people are straining to get in and out of my vehicle caused the other set to get damaged by stray feet kicking into the recession of the running boards where the light strip looks best. Sucked but the remedy is a prepared angle or channeled track I riveted after cutting, grinding, painting (taped of the measured adhession surface area and degreased before installing). THEN, when I had the rolled out and warmed up light strip mostly flat, I installed with 3M strip ... and then adhesive silicone (clear) carefully along bottom and top edges.The little clear plastic things included are worthless for my placement. They do not fill me with confidence.Plan plan plan, and then think of what may happen as people enter and exit your vehicle so you don't have to do this again, or to increase chances they will last without damaging lights.I have seen a couple installs where the lights aren't straight and I throws off the look. Mine are perfect but the body line, at different angles, can give it a crooked look.I bought two sets as they are really affordable and the track installed is for this specific set's dimensions.Quite pleased with the way these turned out and think I might never need the extra set. (Fingers crossed)

The media could not be loaded. These lights are great however I don't really like the way they flicker so much when turning from amber running lights to white courtesy lights when you open the door. Reason why it does this is because the inside lights turn on gradually and off gradually therefore full power to the led lights aren't there which causes the flickering. I have no way of switching the settings to instant on and instant off fir the courtesy lights. Does anyone know how to get around this, wire the white wire to a different place that when the door opens, it gets full power right away??

Pretty disappointing product. I should have known when I saw that they put a fuse in the ground wire… seriously… who the heck built these? Ok so I tested them before instal and they appeared to work fine hooked straight up to 12v power. I wired directly into my side mirrors which have already supplied turn signal, running lights and dome light. Once I hooked up the driver side the dome light feature immediately started flickering and would not come on as it should. I also noticed the turn signal function was not working correctly. The sequential light only illuminated about half way down the light strip. I disconnected the white from the dome light and that resolved the turn signal issues but the some light still no workie. So I tried my luck on the passenger side. The white light wouldn’t even turn on when wired up to the done light. The turn signal came on but only if the running lights weren’t on and the sequential feature didn’t work at all. What a waste of time, energy and wiring. I ripped it out and sending this junk back. Did I mention that when the white “puddle light” was hooked up it somehow convinced the truck to keep the puddle lights on the mirrors on at a very dimmed rate all the time. They never shut off even with the key removed and all doors shut. Would have drained my battery for sure. Don’t waste your time with these.

I would buy again from this seller. Bought these lights 3 years ago, just had a problem with one and still being 3 years I contacted the seller and they fixed the problem. I'm very grateful to have bought these from a great seller. Most of time you think you are getting scammed and the product is junk. Not from this seller.
