how can I get replacement parts for the Pro pipemaster solderer?

I don't know what parts you need but I got the tips on eBay lot cheaper

Does it work on 220v (belgium)

Should work at lower temperature though. European plug adapter should be rated for 115/220=0.5A also. European pipe size might not be exact fit, in metric.

Can this be used vertically (ie vertical coupling)? Will the solder pull up, into the fitting since capillary action normally pulls toward the heat?

Yes it will. I've used it on 1/2" fittings. One issue I would like to mention, this tool cannot be plugged into a GFCI, it will trip if very quickly, any regular socket is fine. I've also used it with a 30ft extension cord without issue. I really like this tool.

In the mfg's video (on youtube) the pipe is heated. shouldn't the connector be heated to draw solder? does heating the pipe still make a good joint?

It seems the pipe also conducts heat to the connector. The product seems to work fine. John
