The instructions are well illustrated and easy to follow. DON'T skip any steps or you may have to take it down, disassemble, and start over. I gave it 3 stars because one of the 3 blade-tips hung 12.5 inches from the ceiling while the other two were at 13.2. There is no easy way to correct this issue (the balancing weights help), but the fan cannot be run at anything other than slow speed. Bending the blade connecting arm as suggested in the instructions is not an option with this fan.

nice and low profile to ceiling, so much quieter than our old one. Easy to install if you have two people (one to hold and the other to hang) and everything is included as stated.The light bulb came in dead though. Took a while to figure that out after checking that everything was getting current. Replacements are expensive! Hope this saves someone the time that we took to figure that out.

Fantastic fan. Easy to put together and wire up to a wall switch, and it really looks great. It even comes with a dual wall switch for the light/fan to wire into, though we had already purchased one prior. It seems well balanced, and we did not have to balance it with the included weights.

the fan is beautiful and works fine, it was very difficult to install since it has somewhat newer technology than my 30 year old electrical system

Excellent product, well made and well packaged for delivery. This was a new installation and accordingly was installed by an electrician,. It has worked very well and looks great.

Looks great, very quite and provides really good circulation. I love it!!!

Looks good but is so noisy I have to return it.
