Excellent engineering and impressive quality
I researched screens for a long time. Great reviews and a reasonable price attracted me to qualgear.Fast shipping. After 2 days, my wife got tired of the box in the media room so she decided to put it together herself. It took her a little over an hour. She’s not the person who does this stuff in our home. She did a great job and it was easy enough for her to do it until the last part where the stabilizing bar in the center needed to be added. I helped her with that and hung it on the wall. Note: Make sure you have enough room as the screen is large. Our media room is dark so I chose the version of the screen for darker rooms with higher reflective quality. It is sharp and brilliant. No wrinkles or folds since it has a stretching component built in to it, which is another feature that attracted me to it. The black felt frame looks professional and reflects no light. When hanging it, i loved that it has adjustable holes in the back so as long as your nails or screws are level (and in studs if you wish) and spaced far enough apart, the holes will slide on the frame adjust! That also means the whole screen can be slid over on the wall easily after hung for an exact fit. I had little margin for error between two light fixtures and it’s perfectly centered.

Looks amazing!
The media could not be loaded. The screen was easy to set up with the help of my fiance. It's a bit tricky when pulling the screen to get on the tensioners but it's meant to stretch and looks fantastic. The felt borders are solid and the hanging process isn't difficult as long as you have a stud finder. You'll need a 3/32 drill bit to start off the holes and then a ratchet to put the screws into the wall.Overall really solid screen and I was very excited to grab it when it was on sale for $130.

QualGear 150 inch 1.2 Gain White Screen
So I haven't had a chance to put this together yet, but thought I would offer some initial impressions based on going through the packages. Once I get it put together I will update this review and add some pics.Shipping Packages: The packaging looked very well done, and while the exterior box was not damaged, I would guess that the internal components could withstand a decent amount of damage to the exterior box without themselves being damaged.Hardware: I was a bit underwhelmed on this part. The corner brackets were only spot welded vs having full welds. That makes me worry a bit about how well they will hold up over time. The center joints are stout, but were so scratched up that they looked like they have been used before. They are probably just this way from being put in a large container all-together in the warehouse. The Frame pieces are very solid and seem to be of good quality. I haven't unrolled the screen yet to see that. The rods used to go into the screen fabric are solid fiberglass rods with the ability to screw together for the longer horizontal part of the screen. My only issue with these is that the instructions call out that these rods are metal, and while the rods provided do seem to be of good quality, metal rods would add more strength, which would be welcomed for a 150 in screen. Finally, the installation manual looks to be very informative, and the instructions seem to be pretty straight forward. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase and excited to get this put together.***3/5 Update****I have had the screen put together and up for 2 weeks now. The only issue is that one of the four bolts broke off, luckily I had two studs back-to-back in the wall or it would have created an issue. I tried to go by a lag bolt to replace it at the local hardware store, but they didn't sell lag bolts that small, and the smallest that was at the hardware store (1/4 inch) do not fit in the brackets. It didn't end up creating a problem with hanging the screen though as I just used the top two brackets. It looks great up, and the picture looks amazing. I will post some pics once I get a chance to take them. I would buy this again and recommend to a friend.

A professional opinion.
I install ht for a living. I installed many screens from the $500 range to the $3000 range. This screen really impressed me for the money. The build quality is better then the elite screens that cost a couple hundred more, the picture quality it’s great, it assembled easy. It has a method for wall mounting that unlike any other screen I have installed before. I has basically 4 key holes on the back which it’s a little awkward to get on but it hold the top and the bottom to the wall really well. You can’t get a better screen for the money.

Great image on this screen, well made, fairly easy to assemble.
Great quality screen! Looks fantastic with my new projector. Directions were pretty easy to follow. The last two steps are a little tricky. Make sure the rod stays centered in the pockets and you don't end up with it sticking out one side more than the other. Getting the center support bar in place if VERY difficult. The manual recommends two people and that is absolutely a good suggestion. I have a good amount of muscle on me, so I was able to muscle it into place on my own, but I agree it would have been a lot easier with two people. Otherwise I have nothing bad to say about this product. It is well made, fairly light, pretty easy to assemble and mount.

Very good quality
Wrinkle free and picture quality is great. I have put together several fixed frames like Elite and XY and this is almost as good. It was easier with two people especially at 150”. The center bar, do yourself a favor. Once you get all the screen and pegs installed put the vertical brace in place. Then undo approximately 2 or 3 pegs on both sides and bottom and top. This will allow you to easily insert the vertical stabilizer bar. Then reconnect the pegs and screen and your done. I am using a UST projector and I am very happy with this screen for now.

Good screen
The screen is really good. I did not manage to fully set the vertical bar behind which causes a little fold in the bottom but i will try again. Quality is really good.I had some issues with customs i had to pay for the article. But this ended up being a mistake and the vendor was prompt to rectify it.

Sent me used screen
Requested a replacement. Sent me used screen. I wouldn’t bother asking for replacement if the fabric on the metal frame wasn’t ripped.

Very good, especially for the price
I bought this as a way to hide my speakers behind my screen like a real movie theatre does. After a lot of research, I figured I didn't want to spend thousands of dollars on a screen. I saw this one and figured why not, Amazon has a great return policy. So after having it for a few months, I must say I'm very impressed with this screen especially for the price. It was easy to assemble (did it myself in less than 1.5 hrs), and it seems to be high quality. I've been using it regularly since I got it, and my only 'issue' is that it might be too transparent. The support bar that holds the centre up is visible when the projector is on, as a dark line on the screen (I was aware of this from other reviewsbefore I bought the screen). Also, the light shines through and produces a double image/shadow on the back of the screen. But really, those are minor issues that I was easily able to remedy by buying some acoustically transparent black backing to mount behind the screen. Now, it looks amazing. There are lots of other screens out there, and most are a lot more expensive than this one. They 'may' be better, but honestly for the price I don't think you'll get a better one. And really, even if they are better I'd bet you'd have to do a literal side by side comparison to see what (if any) difference paying 2, 3, 5 or even 20× as much money would make.Cheers.

Acoustic version requires paint/tape on tension bar!
Since the acoustic version of this screen also allows light through, the aluminium tension bar is seen via the reflected light. I used 2 inch black duct tape to cover the bar so it can't be seen. The company really should make the bar dark.Otherwise a surprisingly good screen for the price considering my Stewart Filmscreen was 20x the price.
